The TCW280 is a highly versatile analog output module designed for precise industrial control and automation. It features two independent output channels that support both voltage and current loop modes, fully configurable via a web interface. The device is built for high precision and robust performance in complex M2M environments.
Key Technical Capabilities:
Configurable Outputs: Supports 0-20mA, 4-20mA, 0-24mA, 0-5V, and 0-10V modes with 12-bit resolution.
Open-Drain & PWM: Includes four open-drain outputs that function as standard digital I/O or PWM outputs (up to 2000Hz with 10-bit resolution).
Galvanic Isolation: The analog and open-drain outputs are galvanically isolated from the power supply (up to 1000VDC), ensuring protection against ground loops and electrical noise.
Relay Control: Equipped with two mechanical relays (NO/NC contacts) controllable via WEB interface, SNMP, HTTP API, and MODBUS TCP/IP.
Advanced Scheduling: Features four internal schedules for one-time or recurring (weekly) tasks. With a built-in Real-Time Clock (RTC) and network time server synchronization, it achieves a timing resolution of 100ms for mission-critical automation.
